We believe business brings value & brand values inherently impact customer buying decisions. We understand that business as usual is only as fluid as the political & social climate in the world. Humanity first. Profitability next. If you disagree with any of this social responsibility, consider it “woke culture,” think boycotting is a form of “cancel culture,” or find yourself scoffing at any of these concepts, do us both a favor and do not apply. Or come inside ready to do all the work, to learn about perspectives and lived experiences outside your own, and let's create mission-driven businesses that make our world a better place for all human beings,

Similarly, if you ONLY believe in capitalism as a form of getting wealthy at the expense of the poor and don’t believe in conscious capitalism and social enterprise, this is another reason it’s not a good idea to work together. I prefer to work only with business owners who want to make money, build wealth, and make a difference in the lives of others. (That’s not to say you can’t enjoy all the luxury that money brings your way. Let’s just do it with heart and humanitarianism.)

I completely understand there are some who believe it's impossible to become wealthy without exploiting the poor. I do not believe this is 100% true. Again, we emphasize conscious capitalism.

Lastly, I'm 100% spiritual, but also Christian. I believe in the law of attraction, manifestation, a higher power, astrology, meditation, prayer, spirit, body, healing, tarot, etc. If as a Christian, this offends you, it may not be the place for you! ;-) I am a firm believer in leading our businesses from a place of personal alignment. Spirituality is a big part of my practice.
